1. What are your hours of service?

AdvaCare Systems is "open" 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including all holidays.

2. How quickly can you deliver?

We promise delivery on the same day the call is received.

3. Are you a Medicare/Medicaid provider?

Yes, we have qualified support personnel who can answer any insurance verification questions, weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, CST (Central Standard Time). Call us at 1-888-233-7677.

4. How do we figure out how to use your products?

We provide in-services and training on all of our equipment.

5. Do you work directly with individual consumers, or only with medical institutions?

We do work directly with the individuals, as well as with hospitals, hospices, long-term care facilities, etc.
