New user requests will be set up Monday-Friday during normal business hours. The email will come from ClickDME within 24hrs and please set up a password immediately. If you forgot to set up a password, please perform a password reset by selecting “Forgot Password” at www.ClickDME.com with the assigned username.  Only existing customers(Hospice, Facilities, Etc.) can request a user account for online ordering.
